Join us for our annual Fall Digital Arts Showcase highlighting the student work of the NWTC's Design & Graphic, Digital Media, Web Design, Photography, and Culinary Arts Programs. The event will include our annual Student Showcase Gallery featuring all forms of digital art, plus enjoy creations by our Culinary Arts students. We invite industry, community, NWTC students and staff to come celebrate our student’s creativity and hard work!
The NWTC 2024 Digital Arts Student Showcase highlights the work of Digital Art students at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. On campus showcase reception will be held Thursday May 2nd from 4:30pm - 6:30pm in the NWTC College of Business - Digital Arts Atrium.

Design & Graphic
Student graphic designers are individuals who are enrolled in educational programs, typically at the undergraduate or graduate level, to develop their skills and knowledge in graphic design. These students are passionate about creating visual content and often engage in various design projects, including branding, advertising, web design, and illustration. They acquire proficiency in design software, typography, color theory, and layout principles through coursework and hands-on projects.
Digital Media
Student digital media refers to the use of digital tools and technologies by students for creating, sharing, and consuming content. This encompasses a wide range of activities, including but not limited to, producing videos, podcasts, digital art, interactive presentations, and social media content. Students leverage various software applications and online platforms to express their creativity, collaborate with peers, and engage in meaningful educational experiences.
Photography
Student photographers are individuals enrolled in educational institutions who have a passion for capturing moments through photography. These budding photographers often explore various genres, experimenting with techniques and styles to develop their unique visual language. They use both traditional and digital cameras, learning the technical aspects of photography, such as composition, lighting, and post-processing.
Web Design
Student web designers are individuals, typically enrolled in academic institutions, who specialize in creating and developing websites. These budding professionals acquire skills in various aspects of web design, including coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as graphic design and user experience principles. They often showcase creativity and innovation in their projects, incorporating current design trends and technologies.
